• 2 – roasts – 2.5 lb each
• 1 – package spare ribs – 1.5 lbs each
• 2 – packages stir-fry strips – 1 lb each
• 4 – packages assorted steaks: cut 3/4 inch thick, 2 per package, 8 steaks total
